EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field -or- 8+ year’s relevant experience in lieu of Degree
3 – 8 years minimum Relevant Experience
2 to 5 years minimum supervisory experience
5 to 10 years minimum project management experience
PMP Certification preferred

Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Call Center Sales Representative for our Nashville client on a contract to possible hire basis.

Summary:
Team Member serves as a direct point of contact that answers incoming calls from customers to quote and sell insurance policies and related products in a call center environment.  The Team Member’s duties may include but are not limited to processing customer applications, selling policies and additional products, endorsements, payments and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:
Quote/sell insurance policies and additional products/services to current and prospective clients
Answers the telephone in a prompt and courteous manner
Provides product quotations, pricing, required information and directions to prospective clients
Follow-up on price quotes given to prospects, answer questions, and to provide an opportunity to complete an application
Prepare quotations for customers’ change requests to the policy
Request any missing or required information from customer and follow up for that information
Make outbound calls to clients for recovery and retention of business
Receive and respond to all customer inquiries and complaints
Take/receive customer payments

Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of relevant experience preferred
Must be P&C licensed or able to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license within 60 days of employment (company pays for coursework and test)
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to speak multiple languages is a bonus
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, evenings and Saturdays

Frontline Source Group  – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Control System Engineer for our NW Houston, TX client, located in the Jersey Village area, for a Direct Hire opportunity.

This employee will play a lead role in the design, program development, and commissioning / start-up phases of Process Control and Safety Systems for the Oil and Gas Industry.

This position requires knowledge of PLC / HMI software application development, database configuration, networking, communication protocols, as well as basic computing skills.  The ideal candidate must be willing to work in a team environment, which requires skill in written and verbal communications.

As an Experienced Control System Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Working as a Team Member for multiple projects
Application Integration for Control and HMI Hardware
Software Development
Database Configuration
Physical Control System Packaging Design
Control System Architecture Design
Team Meetings
Technical Documentation
Customer Site Visits

Requirements:
Engineering or IT degree preferred
5+ years of experience
Oil & Gas background highly preferred
Allen-Bradley experience
Wonderware InTouch experience
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time including offshore and international is required
